Ottaviani Pizzeria offers delicious traditional Italian round pizzas by the plate prepared with an excellent long leavening dough from selected flours for high digestibility with fresh ingredients. Selected dishes of Italian Homemade Food.
Michele Ottaviani, the owner, embarked on his culinary journey in 2017 in Spain, starting in Barcelona as a dishwasher and as a kitchen assistant. Later moving to Ibiza in June of the same year, he started helping the pizza chef in preparing ingredients. In 2018, he attended a course on flour with Davide Palladinelli in Italy.
His passion for cooking began with the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, spending hours engrossed in watching recipe videos on YouTube and Instagram focusing on doughs and everything related to the world of pizza, experimenting with making homemade pizzas in the microwave and hand-kneaded doughs. Finally, he had the opportunity to acquire a pizzeria business along with its license, founding Ottaviani Pizzeria.
